A Library is a meeting place for community groups Internet access and Wi-Fi career and job hunting information periodical and newspaper subscriptions free access to online databases & manuals new books, movies and music.
 
 

The Clinton County Library Friends are a group of volunteers that are working towards a new, tax-supported library system for Clinton County.  The Friends view a new library as an essential educational tool for children, job training and lifetime learning for adults, and a key for creating economic development opportunities for the County.
